About Us

We are not, and will never be, a mass production manufacturer. If you’re looking to buy today, this isn’t the place for you. But, if you appreciate the quality of a one-of-a-kind piece and long for yesteryear before the days of instant gratification. Well then, you’ve come to the right place.

Knives and longrifles are the bread and butter of Casey Arms, but we accept a challenge anytime our customers want something unique. Have you seen the dueling pistols we created? How about the cannon? No? You’ll definitely want to take a look at the Gallery before you leave the site.

Daniel Casey is the talent behind this incredible work. Considered a young gun in the blacksmith trade, his skills surpass experienced tradesmen. Daniel is gifted at transforming scrap metal and a chunk of wood into a handcrafted piece of artillery. He can create knifes, swords and guns from any time period, but his honey hole lands between 1770 and 1830.

As a teen, Daniel was determined to learn from the best and honed his craft with legendary blacksmith Hershel House. From the Civil War battlegrounds of Kentucky, Mr. House is a veteran artisan with 50 years of experience.

Now, Daniel is returning the favor Mr. House gave to him by teaching lessons in gunsmithing and knifesmithing.

Although he doesn’t consider himself a master yet, he is working toward being a master blacksmith. In the meantime, Daniel considers himself blessed to be following his passion while working with his family and teaching them his craft.

Everything we make is carefully handcrafted to our expectations. We consider every project important and treat them as such.
